Fitness Class Options

This class is a total body conditioning workout that emphasizes correct alignment and posture using torso strengthening exercises as you improve flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels.
This class is designed to help increase your body’s range of motion, learn foam roller techniques to release the fascia around the muscles, gain flexibility, develop core strength and balance to enhance performance in sports such as Golf and Tennis.
A fast paced, total body workout! Be prepared to sweat and work hard! We cover all the bases — cardio, strength, balance and core. Experience not necessary, but this class is not for beginners.
This is the perfect class for those entry-level students and is appropriate for anyone seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress.
Yoga classes will move you from one position to the next using your body strength. This is a great class if you have never tried Yoga, need to gain flexibility or are looking to take yourself to the next level. Core, stretching, breathing and balance work is focused on in each class.
Water exercise includes a cardiovascular component as well as muscle toning using the water’s resistance. The water also helps increase range of motion as it relieves joint pain and muscles stress. Need not be a swimmer to participate.
Take this challenging class and cross train to improve your overall fitness. A mixture of cardio, step, weights, tubes and stability balls will keep you coming back for more.
This class includes a mixture of cardio, conditioning, abdominals and stretching.
A 30-minute class of core and floor exercises that will help with balance and stability while working the entire core section.
Back by popular demand! Butts & Guts is 45-minutes of non-stop tummy, thigh and butt exercises targeting all the problem areas. The class ends with a great 5-minute stretch.
