Palazzo at Naples
Palazzo at Naples is an intimate, gated community featuring a low-maintenance lifestyle, natural gas in every home and award-winning designs in a highly sought-after and convenient location. The homes range from 2,058 to over 4,000 sq.ft.
Naples Beach Communities
Beachfront or beach adjacent homes homes can include single family or condo units. These are some of the most expensive properties in the area.
Many Naples communities include a golf course. Some of these are “bundled” communities, meaning you must purchase membership in the club when you purchase a home. There are other club communities that do not have this requirement, but they are few and far between. Quail Creek Country Club does not require a home purchase for membership.
Homes with Gulf access are also quite expensive, particularly when a boat dock is part of the property.
Estate Home Communities
There are a number of estate home communities that are not beach or bay front. They typically are very high-end and provide excellent amenities since they are not waterfront.
