Our $18.5 million capital project — scheduled for completion in the fall of 2019 — will transform Quail Creek Country Club for the enjoyment of both current and future Members. The project’s innovative, integrated design will enable our Members to play better and longer at their favorite sports and activities, while serving as the hub of their social interactions and friendships.

Our amenities and activities are designed to cater to the ‘whole person’ – physical, mental and social. The centerpiece of the capital project is an integrated sports and fitness center that will be unique in southwest Florida. It will enable us to expand our current offerings and put the Club on the leading edge of tailored services for conditioning and skills enhancement.

This major initiative, along with renovations to our Clubhouse, will provide an overall experience that is everything a country club should be. 

Project Scope

  • 11 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, including one Exhibition Court
  • 4 Pickleball Courts, 3 Bocce Courts and 1 Croquet Court
  • Expansion of the Greenside Grille kitchen and commissary (food delivery, storage, and prep)
  • New wine room/private dining room
  • New stand-alone casual food/beverage cafe and Cart Barn
  • Updated Clubhouse interior and exterior
  • Updated areas of the Women’s Locker Room
  • Revamped Clubhouse entrance, entrance roads and parking lots

Engagement with civil, structural and mechanical/electrical engineers.

Trailers on site to serve as temporary Golf and Tennis Pro Shops.

Renovations to create temporary massage rooms and fitness Class Studio.

Final construction documents in preparation for permitting.

Permit submittals to the South Florida Water Management District and Collier County Development Services Division. Now in the review process.

Fill in of the creek behind the tennis/fitness buildings to extend the Driving Range and add cart parking.


Contractor bids work out to subcontractors and applies for permits. 

Detailed submission of the costing of the project by contractors/subcontractors.

Completion of temporary moves for the Golf and Tennis Pro Shops, Fitness operations and Bocce courts.

Fall 2018 – Summer 2019

Demolish existing tennis and fitness buildings.

Build an integrated sports and fitness center, including Cart Barn and new entryway. Retain the existing pool.

Spring 2019 – Fall 2019

Expand the Greenside Grille kitchen and commissary (food delivery, storage and prep).

Relocate Staff locker and break rooms.

Build a wine room that can also serve as a 24-40 seat private fine dining option when the Greenside Grille is open.

Re-route the entry to the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms. Bring bathrooms up to code.

Demolish the existing Cart Barn and Golf Pro Shop.

Construct a refreshment concession and patio. Build three bocce courts and one croquet court adjacent to the concession.

Re-construct the tennis courts, fencing, lighting and changeover areas. Create an exhibition court on Court 1 and four pickleball courts on the former Stadium Court.

Build a new porte cochere and entry to the Clubhouse.

Upgrade the loading dock to provide more space for truck unloading. Add higher walls to shield the area from Member parking and the Clubhouse main entrance.

Update the Clubhouse interior and exterior.
