We offer a variety of classes to fit your skill level or desired activity for each day! Our classes are taught by our very own certified fitness professionals.

A total body conditioning class combining the Pilates principles of posture, correct alignment and strength. Hand-held weights and magic circle make this a vigorous Pilates Mat Class

Step back to the 60's and 70's! A fun low impact class that focuses on strength, balance and flexibility, everything to keep you looking Fit and Fabulous. Hand-held weights, tubing, spongy ball and foam rollers are the tools we use to do the job!

Give your Balance a Boost with light weights, balance and chair work! Excellent for those who have balance issues or returning to exercise after an illness or injury.

Not for the faint hearted! A face paced class that combines strength, cardio endurance and core training to help you reach your fitness goals. Heavy Free Weights, Ankle Weights and Stability Balls make this our toughest class on the schedule, you will grow to love it LOL!

A medically endorsed, full body exercise system for bone and joint health. It integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercise with bone strengthening and balance techniques. Official partner of Women's Health, US Department of Health and Human Services and the Arthritis Association. We used light hand held weights, a towel and mat.

This is our signature Stretching and Foam Roller Class. This class is a fusion sport specific stretches and restorative foam roller work to provide myofascial release and aid in the recovery process. If you are an athlete, weekend warrior or just want to improve flexibility and feel better this is the class for You!

Get a great cardiovascular workout on our state of the art Techno Gym Spin Bikes. Whether you are a beginner to spinning or a Peloton junkie! this class will put you through your paces!
