Fitness Classes

We offer a variety of classes to fit your skill level or desired activity for each day! Our classes are taught by our very own certified fitness professionals.


We are a fully equipped Pilates studio. Offering private, semi private and group sessions. Focusing on core stability, balance and overall body control, your instructor will combine these Pilates principles to help you achieve total body conditioning.

Prepare to Sweat and Stretch! Mixed up music with mixed up moves.  Begin with high intensity class that revs up your heart rate and then transition to slower paced Pilates, which builds definition, promotes core strength, and cools you down.  Heavy/light weights, balls, tubing, bootie bands. 

Step back to the 60's and 70's! A fun low impact class that focuses on strength, balance and flexibility, everything to keep you looking Fit and Fabulous. Hand-held weights, tubing, spongy ball and foam rollers are the tools we use to do the job!

Full body workout concentration on arms, abs, and thighs. Using body weight, hand weights, and bands. 

Prepare to sweat and stretch. Class begins with high intensity moves to build strength/tone. Followed by classical Pilates mat work. Heavy/Light weights and the magic circle is used.  Sneakers are required!

A medically endorsed, full body exercise system for bone and joint health. It integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercise with bone strengthening and balance techniques. Official partner of Women's Health, US Department of Health and Human Services and the Arthritis Association. We used light hand held weights, a towel and mat.

Yoga- Learn, practice and refine yoga poses and their variations while supporting the practice with the breath. Enhance breath capacity and increase strength/flexibility while decreasing the effects of modern day stress. Floor work and standing poses included.  All levels welcome.

Yoga Flow- This blend of dynamic sun salutations and static holds places equal emphasis on postures and transitions in and out of poses. Modifications and amplifications will be offered to meet the needs of participants. Some yoga experience recommended.

HIIT Cycle- High intensity interval training on the bike! Move to the beat while toning the body and building endurance.  Enhance your mind and body for an incredible fun workout.
