Fitness Class Options

This class is designed to help increase your body’s range of motion, learn foam roller techniques to release the fascia around the muscles, gain flexibility, develop core strength and balance to enhance performance in sports such as Golf and Tennis.
This class is all about low-impact movements, balance work and light weights.

A mild paced workout intended to improve balance, strength and coordination.  Hand-held light weights, tubing and balls will be utilized, and a chair is offered for support.  

This class includes a mixture of cardio, conditioning, abdominals and stretching.

This class is a total body conditioning workout that emphasizes correct alignment and posture using torso strengthening exercises as you improve flexibility.  This class is appropriate for all levels.

This intro to Cycle class is a great cardiovascular workout. We will introduce you to the basics and work you up to pedaling through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.

This class incorporates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism, increase you anerobic threshold and build overall strength! Come prepared to have fun but work hard in this challenging class!
