Quail Creek Country Club will be the host site for the 6th U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball Championship, conducted by the United States Golf Association – April 23-April 29, 2020 (including Practice Rounds). Click here to see who has qualified to play in the Championship.

The Volunteer Package is $75 per volunteer (paid by credit card only). This includes a branded shirt, hat (for men) visor (for women), volunteer badge, breakfast and/or lunch before or after shift(s) and an invitation to participate in the Appreciation Golf Outing at Quail Creek Country Club on Friday, May 1, 2020.  One registration is required per volunteer.

SCHEDULE – Championship consists of 64 teams (sides)

April 23 – 24    Practice rounds

April 25 – 26    Stroke Play qualifying

April 27            Match Play: 32 teams (sides)

April 28            Match Play: Morning – 16 teams (sides); Afternoon – 8 teams (sides)

April 29            Semi-Final: Morning – 4 teams (sides); Championship: Afternoon – 2 teams (sides)



PLAYER REGISTRATION: Volunteers will staff various stations at the Registration tables providing information to players, distributing packets, assisting players with signing of the player scroll and player photos, etc. Shifts: Wednesday, April 22, AM, Thursday, April 23, AM & PM & Friday, April 24, AM. 

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION: Volunteers will assist in checking-in volunteers, uniform distribution and other duties as needed at Volunteer Headquarters. Shifts: Wednesday, April 22, AM & Thursday, April 23 – Tuesday, April 28, AM & PM.

PRACTICE FACILITY: Volunteers will maintain all areas of the practice facility, assisting players, distributing range balls and stocking range balls, etc. Shifts: Wednesday, April 22 – Tuesday, April 28, AM & PM.

MARSHALS/FORECADDIES: Volunteers will assist players and USGA officials with locating balls during Championship play, spectator control on designated holes and various areas throughout the golf course. Shifts: Saturday, April 25 – Tuesday, April 28, AM & PM. 

WALKING SCORERS: Volunteers will be required to walk long distances (18 holes) while carrying scoring devices/standards/signage. Shifts: Saturday, April 25 – Tuesday, April 28, AM & PM. 

CADDIE: Volunteers will carry players’ clubs and provide other assistance during Match. Volunteers are also needed at the Caddie Station to assemble player’s name strips and organize/distribute bibs. Shifts: Saturday, April 25 – Tuesday, April 28, AM & PM. 

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION: Volunteers will oversee shuttling players, officials and guests, to and from parking areas and around QCCC Property. They shall monitor all parking areas to ensure everyone is parking in designated areas. Please note: If you do not have a current and valid driver’s license, please volunteer for another task.  Shifts: Wednesday, April 22 – Wednesday, April 29, AM & PM.

EVACUATION: Volunteers will assist the USGA in evacuating contestants and caddies from the designated evacuation zones in the event of an emergency. Please note: If you do not have a current and valid driver’s license, please volunteer for another task. Shifts: Thursday, April 23 – Tuesday, April 28, AM & PM.
