Chris began his career in Country Clubs working as an F&B manager in Steamboat Springs, CO at Catamount Golf and Ranch Club. Chris then transitioned to golf working as an Assistant Golf Professional in Saratoga Springs, NY at Saratoga Spa Golf Club. Chris was the Head Golf Professional at Vasari Country Club where he has enjoyed a tenure of over 19 years. During his tenure, he has almost tripled merchandise sales, increased member participation in all club events, started an annual member travel program, and has overseen a major renovation. Chris loves playing and teaching golf, and leading his team but most of all, loves providing an exceptional member experience. Chris currently serves on Florida Gulf Coast University’s advisory board for the Professional Golf Management program and enjoys mentoring students. He is the 2022 Southwest Florida Merchandiser of the Year and has accomplished the AGM Platinum status of “Best of the Best” golf shops which is awarded to the top 10 golf shops in the world. While Chris is extremely passionate about the game of golf, his number one passion is spending time with his wife Jessica, a special education teacher, and their beautiful children of 14 and 11, Kaitlyn and Jackson.
